Order & Shipping

What is the order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order will be shipped.

How long is the shipping time?
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your order via our tracking page.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, check the tracking link first. Still need help? Email us at contact@xplicitfashion.com.

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.
After that, your order enters processing and can no longer be canceled.

To cancel, email us immediately at contact@xplicitfashion.com.

I received a defective or incorrect item. What now?
Send us clear photos (or a short video) of the issue at contact@xplicitfashion.com.
Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I return my order?
Yes — you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible.

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at contact@xplicitfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you detailed return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

I haven’t received my refund — what should I do?
Check your bank account or contact your payment provider. Still no refund? Let us know — we’re here to help.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the correct size or color.
